First of all, opt for a brush with natural bristles , preferably made of vegetable fibre, such as a loofah or cactus. Try our cactus fiber one.

1. Start from the left foot

Little finger → Outer side of knee: Perform 3 passes.
Middle toes → Center of knee: Perform 3 steps.
Big toe → Inner side of knee: Perform 3 passes.
Heel → Back of knee: Perform 3 steps.

2. From knees to hips

Outer knee → Hip: Repeat 3 times.
Middle knee → Middle leg: Perform 3 steps.
Inner knee → Pubis: Do 3 steps.
Back of knee → Glute: Repeat 3 steps.

3. From thigh to buttock

Outer thigh → Sacrum: Perform 3 passes.
Under the glute → Center of the glute: do 3 passes.

4. Repeat on the other side

Repeat all the steps above on the right leg and buttock, following the same pattern.

Arms (always starting from the left)

Little finger → Outside shoulder: Perform 3 steps.
Middle fingers → Middle shoulder: Do 3 passes.
Thumb → Armpit: Repeat 3 times.
Palm of hand → Back of shoulder: Perform 3 steps.

Repeat the same procedure on the right arm.

Chest and abdomen

Left pubis → Left side of belly: Do 3 passes.
Central pubis → Navel: repeat 3 times.
Right flank (liver) → Stomach → Spleen → Bladder: Perform the movement in a clockwise rotation, 3 times.

Breast
Gently massage the left breast in a circular motion, starting from the inside and moving outwards and from bottom to top. Do not brush the nipples. Do only 1 pass with very light pressure.

Shoulders and neck

Left shoulder → Base of neck: Perform 3 steps.
Right shoulder → Base of neck: Repeat 3 times.
Left ear → Base of neck: Perform 3 steps.
Right ear → Base of neck: Repeat 3 times.

Back

Left side → Up: Take 3 steps.
Left shoulder → Down: Repeat 3 times.
Right side → Up: Take 3 steps.
Right shoulder → Down: Repeat 3 steps.
