Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Buyer, if a Consumer (a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out), has the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying a reason and without incurring any penalty, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the purchased item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify AMUN-SHOP of their decision to withdraw before the deadline mentioned above through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, email, or certified email). The right of withdrawal may also be validly exercised by returning the purchased item, provided that it is sent back within the same timeframe. In this case, the date of delivery to the postal office or courier by the Buyer will serve as proof of compliance with the deadline.

The Buyer must return the item without delay and in any case within 14 days from the date they communicated their withdrawal from the contract. The item must be sent at the Buyer's expense to the following address:

It is understood that the returned products must be in the same condition as they were sent by the Supplier, packed in their original undamaged and intact packaging, including the attached fiscal documentation. If the returned items show damage, signs of wear, or any manipulation beyond what is strictly necessary to determine their characteristics, nature, and functionality—leading to a decrease in the item's value—the Supplier reserves the right to refuse the return or adjust the refund amount accordingly. In any case, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the return value.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that, for hygienic or health protection reasons, cannot be returned once opened after delivery.

Once the returned products have been verified to be in good condition and all withdrawal conditions have been met, the Supplier will refund the price of the item for which the withdrawal was exercised within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice from the Buyer. The Supplier may withhold the refund until the item is received or proof of its return is provided, whichever occurs first.

Upon receipt of the withdrawal notice, the Parties are released from their mutual contractual obligations, except for the terms outlined in this policy.

In the event of withdrawal, all payments made by the Buyer to the Supplier will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. The costs of returning the goods from the Buyer to the Supplier remain the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

 

Product Exchange

The product exchange can be requested within 14 days from the date the Buyer receives the shipment.

However, an exchange is only possible if the Seller can replace the purchased product with an identical item without requiring any price modifications or additional charges for the Buyer, nor issuing any credits to the Buyer.

In the event of a product exchange request, no refunds will be issued for payments already made by the Buyer for the original purchase, nor will the previous shipping costs be refunded.

If the returned items show damage, signs of wear, or any manipulation beyond what is strictly necessary to determine their characteristics, nature, and functionality—leading to a decrease in the item's value—the Seller reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once the returned products have been verified to be in good condition and all exchange conditions have been met, the Seller will proceed with shipping the replacement product within 14 days from the return of the item to be exchanged.
