PREAMBLE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of products through the website https://amun-shop.com. They define the mutual rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer.

AMUN-SHOP reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. However, the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those accepted by the Buyer at the time of purchase.

Please read and understand these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before placing an order for any product on the website. By confirming the order on https://amun-shop.com, the User declares to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms as well as all the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

By placing an order on the website, the User also declares to be at least 18 years old.

DEFINITIONS

  • Buyer: The individual making the purchase as per these General Terms and Conditions.

  • Seller: The entity offering the goods through its website.

  • User: Any person using the website and/or platform to place orders and purchase products, whether as a Consumer or Professional.

  • Order: The purchase proposal issued by the User through the purchasing procedure under these General Terms and Conditions.

  • GDPR: The EU Regulation 679/2016 on the processing of personal data.

2 - CONCLUSION OF THE ONLINE SALES CONTRACT

The purchase order expresses the User’s will to buy the product(s) listed in the order. The order is considered issued once the online purchase procedure is completed on the designated section of the website. The User will then receive an Order Summary email, indicating the order identification number and details of the ordered product(s).

The Order Summary serves as a notification that AMUN-SHOP has received the order but does not yet constitute acceptance. Orders are subject to approval by AMUN-SHOP and will be deemed accepted once the User receives a Shipping Confirmation email.

AMUN-SHOP reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion. If an order is refused, the User will be notified via email and refunded for any payments already made.

3 - PRODUCTS

Products displayed on https://amun-shop.com are available for sale while stocks last. If a product is unavailable, AMUN-SHOP will inform the Buyer via email, allowing them to choose an alternative product or cancel the order with a full refund.

AMUN-SHOP strives to provide accurate descriptions of its products but cannot be held responsible for any errors in product descriptions. Images and photographs are for illustration purposes only and do not form part of the contract.

4 - PRICES

Product prices on AMUN-SHOP are listed in Euros and are applicable at the time of order placement. Prices may change without notice, but the price charged to the User will be the one displayed on the website at the time of order confirmation.

Prices do not include shipping fees, which are charged separately. The total shipping costs will be displayed before finalizing the order. Prices include VAT at the applicable rate.

5 - ORDERS

Placing an order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Before validating the order, the Buyer may review and correct any mistakes. Once the payment has been made, the order cannot be canceled.

6 - PAYMENT TERMS

Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase using the following methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other credit cards.

No additional fees will be charged beyond those incurred by the Seller for payment processing.

Orders will not be processed until full payment is received. If payment is delayed, AMUN-SHOP reserves the right to suspend or cancel delivery.

7 - SHIPPING

Shipping fees, including taxes, will be specified during the ordering process. The shipping costs depend on the delivery location. Delivery times are indicated on the website and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Since AMUN-SHOP uses third-party couriers, delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond AMUN-SHOP’s control. Delivery is considered complete upon receipt of the package. The Buyer is responsible for verifying the condition of the package upon delivery and refusing it if damaged.

8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchased item without providing a reason or incurring penalties.

To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify AMUN-SHOP before the deadline via email or registered letter. Alternatively, the return of the product within the same timeframe will also be considered a valid withdrawal notice.

Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging and accompanying documentation. AMUN-SHOP reserves the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of damage, wear, or excessive handling.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request, but the Seller may withhold the refund until the returned product is received.

9 - PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Products can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided that an identical replacement is available, without any additional charges.

The Buyer is responsible for returning the product in its original condition, including packaging and documentation. AMUN-SHOP reserves the right to refuse exchanges for items that show signs of damage or excessive handling.

10 - LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY

Consumers are entitled to the Legal Warranty of Conformity under Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.

11 - PRIVACY

The Seller guarantees that Users' personal data is collected and processed in compliance with the GDPR and applicable data protection laws. Users may request access, modification, or deletion of their data by contacting AMUN-SHOP.

12 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The AMUN-SHOP website and all its content (text, images, audio) are the exclusive property of AMUN-SHOP. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

13 - LIABILITY

AMUN-SHOP is not responsible for issues related to internet service interruptions, cyberattacks, or external events beyond its control. AMUN-SHOP is also not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events such as strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

14 - APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION

The use of this website and purchase contracts are governed by Italian law. Disputes will be settled by the Court of Vicenza, except for Consumers, who may refer to their local jurisdiction.
