Parigotte

At the heart of “Parigotte” is founder Arlette Letellier’s shared experience of how plants can improve everyday life.

After the loss of her father, Arlette experienced panic attacks and severe pain in her tailbone (coccydynia) that prevented her from working and sleeping. She was prescribed medications that only relieved the symptoms (anxiety, pain, sleep problems), never addressing the root cause. Her daily routine changed dramatically when she realized the importance of managing stress with natural solutions. Arlette began practicing breathing exercises and exploring the wonderful world of plants, which transformed her life. Fumigation helped her reduce the negative energy around her, herbal teas supported her in improving her sleep, and aromatherapy allowed her to relax.

In less than three months, her problems disappeared, leading her to create Parigotte to share her passion for plants and contribute to people's well-being, Arlette explains. "We bring the ancient wisdom of plants to the modern world."

Parigotte's Values

Parigotte is a small team based in sunny Brighton, with a mission to improve people's wellbeing through the wisdom of plants. They believe that plants have the power to bring humans closer to the natural world.

Quality botanicals

Parigotte carefully selects the best plants and uses only natural ingredients. No chemicals or artificial flavors are ever used in the products.

Responsibility

The company selects ethical and sustainable suppliers to source its ingredients. Each smudge is handcrafted from start to finish. Parigotte's white sage comes from an organic farm in California, where sustainable farming practices such as sun drying and crop rotation are used.

Palo Santo is obtained from Peru, where only fallen branches or wood from diseased trees are collected. The harvest is done by indigenous communities, thus supporting the local economy.

The crystals, obtained from ethical sources, are collected through sustainable methods that respect the environment and the communities involved. Parigotte guarantees fair trade, respect for workers' rights and the protection of natural resources.

Sustainable packaging

Parigotte does not use plastic in packaging or packages. The company is committed to being as eco-friendly as possible, using recycled and biodegradable materials.
